Friday, Mar.31, 2023 – Trading Journal
Started the day right at 9:30am buying TSLA Calls for a breakout and played several scalps for nice cash flow but closed way too soon! I bought a big position at 0.9 and hit more than 7.8…. geese, what a run!! Congrats longs!
I also got some AMD Calls to buy the morning dip and locked nice gains for the oversold bounce.
Between 10:00-10:30am, I try to fade QQQ and AAPL but momentum was strong so I took small losses and moved on.
After 10:30, got long AMZN Calls and MSFT Calls that also gave great cash flow but those MSFT Calls gave huge homers from 30cents to more than $3+ for a 10Bagger… wow, congrats longs!
Overall was a nice day for great cash flow, but closed my positions on TSLA and MSFT way too soon. Friday expirations can be tricky so I decided to not risk much, so I’m happy with my decision and risk management.
