9:30am-10:00am: Started the day buying GOOGL AMD Calls and some SPY PUTs for small cash flow on chatroom,

9:30AM – GOOGL Jun 30 $120 Calls from 0.4 to 0.45 for 95$ PnL*
9:31AM – SPY Jun 27 $432 Puts from 0.62 to 0.68 for 77$ PnL*
9:32AM – SPY Jun 27 $432 Puts from 0.64 to 0.6 for -84$ PnL*
9:35AM – AMD Jun 30 $110 Calls from 1.1 to 1.3 for 170$ PnL*
9:38AM – IWM Jun 28 $181 Calls from 0.9 to 1 for 97$ PnL*
9:46AM – SPY Jun 27 $433 Puts from 0.9 to 1.2 for 317$ PnL*
9:52AM – SPY Jun 27 $433 Puts from 0.94 to 1.1 for 163$ PnL*

 

10:00am-11:30am: scalped QQQ shorts for +110% gains and SPY PUTs for +55% gains. After that flipped into SPY Calls but closed way too soon.

10:01AM – QQQ Jun 27 $360 Puts from 0.9 to 1.9 for 1087$ PnL*
10:01AM – SPY Jun 27 $433 Puts from 0.9 to 1.4 for 537$ PnL*
10:17AM – SPY Jun 27 $433 Calls from 0.56 to 0.74 for 303$ PnL*
10:39AM – TDOC Jun 30 $24 Calls from 0.36 to 0.45 for 219$ PnL*
10:53AM – SPY Jun 27 $433 Puts from 0.6 to 0.8 for 320$ PnL*

 

After 11:30am: I bought SPY PUT hedges against my stock longs on AMD GOOGL NFLX SHOP, as part of my risk management. Took the losses on SPY hedges but the stock longs more than paid. I also played TSLA Calls and QQQ for some lunch cash flow.

11:51AM – SPY Jun 27 $434 Puts from 0.58 to 0.2 for -667$ PnL*
12:57PM – SPY Jun 27 $435 Puts from 0.5 to 0.6 for 176$ PnL*
1:22PM – TSLA Jun 30 $265 Calls from 0.68 to 1 for 462$ PnL*
2:39PM – QQQ Jun 27 $364 Puts from 0.4 to 0.5 for 220$ PnL*

 

End of Day PnL = +3,492$ gains

 

End of Day emotions:  Today was hard first 30-40min on session, but was able to get some cash flow so I’m happy with my risk management, trading plan, focus and resilience. Need to keep my focus and repeat the process over and over again!
