08:42 am: “Futures red to start the day on some profit taking after explosive 2-day move up. Now some consolidation would be healthy.

08:43 am: “Morning focus on yesterday lows to see if holds and market bounces up for a red to green move OR if fades below yesterday lows, to fill gaps lower. AAPL AMZN MSFT TSLA SPY IWM QQQ stocks on focus.

Morning Trades: I started the day with AMZN calls for oversold bounce but as momentum stalled I locked gains and flipped into IWM short where locked nice gains on fade lower. After 10am, started buying calls on TSLA AAPL IWM GOOGL for the oversold bounce and also locked nice gains on all. Before lunch time, I saw some bull flow on BYND and took it for a ride with nice gains.

Loss review: I got some stops hit on TSLA as was catching the knife after stock breakdown 241, but I took the loss and moved into the next trade, so I was able to get my money back on other trades.

Key Takeaways: Traders, trade either up or down. Traders ride the momentum and when it stalls, close the trade and look for the next setup that can generate cash flow. Don’t be perma anything.

Look Ahead: It will be important to see if today’s lows hold or not. IF hold, watch for higher highs going into next week. But IF it breaks below today’s lows, we can go for new 2022 lows, so staying open minded and keeping my approach on taking trades.
