|9:30am-10:00am| Started the day scalping SPY for +40% and +20% profits on trading room . Tried some BABA Calls but slow choppy action so closed for very small PnL.

|10:00am-11:30am| After 10am, scalped some AMD Calls for nice gains and also got long stock for even more cash flow trading room 

|11:30am – 1:30pm| After 12pm, scalped some QQQ for +40% gains and done.

|End of Day resume| It was a slow choppy action overall with market consolidation. Not a great day but got some nice cash flow with SPY and AMD, although still not easy with options. I kept my stops tight and tried to avoid risking much so overall, I’m very happy with my risk management, trading plan, focus and resilience. Need to keep my focus and repeat the process over and over again!

10:50AM – SPY Jul 17 $450 Puts from 0.65 to 0.75 for 132$ PnL*
11:22AM – SPY Jul 17 $450 Puts from 0.4 to 0.42 for 20$ PnL*

12:15PM – QQQ Jul 17 $382 Puts from 1.05 to 1.45 for 388$ PnL*
