Tuesday, Apr.25, 2023 – Trading Journal

9:30-10:00am: Started the day buying AAPL TSLA Calls for a red to green move but not much power so closed small gains.

10:00-11:30am: Scalped AAPL SPY TSLA, but only AAPL Puts gave +40% and +45% gains, with SPY stops getting hit.

After 11:30am: scalped some SPY Calls but stops got hit one after the other so lost some money there.

End of Day emotions: Today was a exhausting day for me personally. I was able to get some cash flow, but it was very hard with slow action making it hard to hold any calls or puts for too long. I overtrade and scalped SPY Calls too many times trying to cash the falling knife… I’ve been working to avoid overtrading but need to keep working! Need to keep my focus and repeat the process over and over again!
