Monday, May.01, 2023 – Trading Journal

9:30-9:45m: Started the day buying GOOGL and IWM Calls but closed GOOGL to focus on IWM and locked +100% gains on those IWM Calls.

9:45-10am: scalped GOOGL and TSLA Calls but not much momentum so I took some losses there.

10:00-11:00am: scalped short QQQ with Puts for +50% gains and scalped bounce up with Calls for another +50% gains.

At 11:00am: saw an opportunity for a rejection on SP500 at 4200 and shorted SPY with Put Scalp for +100% gains.

After 12pm: scalped META and TSLA Calls from morning lows and locked +50% gains each trade and done.

End of Day emotions: Today was slow action with Europe close and market waiting FED on Wednesday. GOOGL made me lose some money on slow action but IWM +100% gains, SPY +100% gains, TSLA +50% and META +50% gains, gave me the cash flow on the day. I didnt risk much on slow action so I took my gains and done. I’m happy with my risk management. Need to keep my focus and repeat the process over and over again!
