9:30am-10:00am: Scalped some TSLA SPY and AMZN Calls for some nice cash flow, but momentum stalled, so I took gains and looked for other setups.

11:00am-13:00pm: scalped META on some news for nice cash flow but momentum stalled so took gains. Tries some other AMZN TSLA trades but got stopped and took some losses during slow choppy action

Today PnL = +3,095$
End of Day emotions: It was another mix day with slow choppy action as market is waiting for CPI numbers. I was able to generate some nice cash flow, but this kind of slow choppy action makes things hard to hold trades for too long. I’m happy with risk management but need to reduce the number of trades when market gets slow. Need to keep my focus and repeat the process over and over again!
