9:30am-10:00am: Started the day fading SPY and locked nice cash flow. After 10min, scalped SPY Calls for +100% gains and IWM Calls for +50%. Closed IWM way too soon, but happy with cash flow.

9:30AM – SPY Jun 06 $427 Puts from 1.11 to 1.45 for 296$ PnL*
9:36AM – AMZN Jun 09 $124 Puts from 0.78 to 0.85 for 76$ PnL*
9:37AM – IWM Jun 07 $180 Calls from 0.75 to 1.12 for 466$ PnL*
9:41AM – SPY Jun 06 $427 Calls from 0.6 to 1.2 for 1000$ PnL*
9:44AM – GOOGL Jun 09 $127 Calls from 0.84 to 1 for 178$ PnL*
9:58AM – TSLA Jun 09 $227.5 Calls from 0.95 to 0.92 for -47$ PnL*

 

10:00am-11:00: Scalped some BABA Calls for cash flow and tried some NVDA QQQ AMZN but too choppy and took small losses.

10:18AM – AMZN Jun 09 $124 Puts from 0.73 to 0.68 for -87$ PnL*
10:33AM – NVDA Jun 09 $370 Puts from 0.92 to 0.82 for -124$ PnL*
10:49AM – NVDA Jun 09 $420 Calls from 0.45 to 0.45 for -27$ PnL*
10:49AM – BABA Jun 09 $87 Calls from 0.9 to 1.05 for 152$ PnL*
11:01AM – QQQ Jun 06 $355 Put from 0.83 to 0.83 for -15$ PnL*

 

After 11:00am: Scalped QQQ PUTs twice for great cash flow and done.

11:18AM – QQQ Jun 06 $355 Puts from 0.74 to 1.35 for 838$ PnL*
11:45AM – AAPL Jun 09 $182.5 Calls from 0.39 to 0.45 for 125$ PnL*
11:48AM – NVDA Jun 09 $415 Calls from 0.55 to 0.45 for -202$ PnL*
12:20PM – AMD Jun 09 $120 Puts from 0.87 to 0.77 for -124$ PnL*
12:36PM – QQQ Jun 06 $355 Puts from 0.75 to 1.25 for 635$ PnL*

 

End of Day PnL = +3,140$ gains

 

End of Day emotions:  Today was a good day, with a fantastic IWM Calls and SPY Calls scalp from lows of day plus QQQ Put scalps twice on the day for great cash flow. I’m very happy with risk management and trading plan. Need to keep my focus and repeat the process over and over again!
