9:30am-10:00am: Started the day SPY PUTs for +45% gains. After that flipped long into CRM, INTC and IWM Calls for +25%, +35% and +100% gains on chatroom,

9:30AM – SPY Jun 12 $431 Puts from 0.9 to 1.3 for 427$ PnL*
9:33AM – CRM Jun 16 $230 Calls from 1.25 to 1.55 for 231$ PnL*
9:38AM – INTC Jun 16 $32 Calls from 0.6 to 0.8 for 320$ PnL*
9:40AM – IWM Jun 12 $185 Calls from 0.67 to 1.35 for 1002$ PnL*

 

After 10:00am: Choppy slow action so ver small PnL and not risking much.

10:14AM – SPY Jun 12 $431 Calls from 0.6 to 0.6 for -21$ PnL*
10:18AM – SPY Jun 12 $431 Calls from 0.54 to 0.64 for 168$ PnL*
10:31AM – SPY Jun 12 $431 Calls from 0.53 to 0.65 for 206$ PnL*
10:37AM – IWM Jun 12 $186 Puts from 0.85 to 0.9 for 46$ PnL*

End of Day PnL = +2,639$ gains

 

End of Day emotions:  Today was a great day 30min action with IWM calls, but after 10am market slowed down and very small PnL. I decided not to risk much as market waiting tomorrow CPI numbers and FED on Wednesday. I’m very happy with my risk management and trading plan. Need to keep my focus and repeat the process over and over again!
