9:30am-10:00am: Started the day buying AMD Puts for +60% gains and scalped GOOGL Calls for +50% and TGT Calls for +85% gains on chatroom,

9:30AM – AMD Jun 16 $122 Puts from 0.72 to 1.15 for 586$ PnL*
9:33AM – IWM Jun 14 $190 Calls from 0.6 to 0.8 for 320$ PnL*
9:38AM – META Jun 16 $262.5 Puts from 0.75 to 0.6 for -211$ PnL*
9:43AM – GOOGL Jun 16 $125 Calls from 0.48 to 0.72 for 479$ PnL*
9:43AM – TGT Jun 16 $132 Calls from 0.82 to 1.5 for 802$ PnL*

 

10:00am-11:20am: Some choppy action and closed some trades for very small PnL.

10:16AM – TSLA Jun 16 $285 Calls from 0.75 to 0.8 for 50$ PnL*
10:28AM – SPY Jun 14 $435 Puts from 0.58 to 0.55 for -72$ PnL*
10:43AM – SPY Jun 14 $435 Puts from 0.53 to 0.53 for -23$ PnL*
10:51AM – AAPL Jun 16 $182.5 Puts from 0.75 to 0.71 for -68$ PnL*

After 11:20am: Scalped SPY Puts into FED at 2pm and locked +70% gains and after FED at 2:20pm, bought SPY Calls and locked more +75% gains.

11:28AM – SPY Jun 14 $436 Puts from 0.6 to 1 for 660$ PnL*
11:34AM – COIN Jun 16 $52 Puts from 0.85 to 0.9 for 46$ PnL*
2:02PM – SPY Jun 14 $440 Calls from 0.3 to 0.25 for -205$ PnL*
2:10PM – SPY Jun 14 $437 Calls from 0.6 to 0.57 for -72$ PnL*
2:21PM – SPY Jun 14 $437 Calls from 0.45 to 0.78 for 700$ PnL*

 

End of Day PnL = +2,930$ gains

 

End of Day emotions:  Today was a great day with early AMD and TGT Calls, closed TGT a bit too soon but happy with cash flow. Also happy with plan for SPY fade ahead FED and bounce up after statement. I’m very happy with my risk management and trading plan. Need to keep my focus and repeat the process over and over again!
