9:30am-10:00am: Started the day buying NVDA Puts for +110% gains and scalped some SPY Calls for +40% gains on chatroom,

9:51AM – SPY Jun 16 $442 Calls from 0.89 to 0.89 for -14$ PnL*
9:55AM – SPY Jun 16 $442 Calls from 0.84 to 1.15 for 358$ PnL*

 

10:00am-11:50am: Got chopped and lost money on AMD trying to catch the knife and looking for an oversold bounce but took a hit there for some losses. Its part of trading, so I took it and learn from it.

End of Day PnL = +3,775$ gains

 

End of Day emotions:  Today has great 30min session but after that got chopped and lost money on AMD several times giving back some of those early gains. I kept with patience looking for new setups and patience got rewarded after 12pm with SPY and NVDA trades that got my money back and way more, taking account into new highs on day. I’m very happy with my risk management, trading plan, focus and resilience. Need to keep my focus and repeat the process over and over again!
