9:30am-10:00am: Started the day buying AMD Puts (following MU selling), QQQ Puts and IWM Calls for  +50%, +45% and +55% gains on chatroom,

9:31AM – AMD Jun 30 $111 Puts from 0.95 to 1.4 for 482$ PnL*
9:36AM – IWM Jun 30 $186 Calls from 0.69 to 1.05 for 488$ PnL*
9:42AM – QQQ Jun 29 $364 Puts from 1.1 to 1.6 for 440$ PnL*
9:55AM – AMD Jun 30 $113 Calls from 0.62 to 0.66 for 45$ PnL*
9:57AM – SPY Jun 29 $437 Calls from 0.72 to 1 for 376$ PnL*

 

10:00am-11:00am: got chopped and took some small PnL trades with tight stops.

10:08AM – AAPL Jun 30 $187.5 Puts from 0.37 to 0.41 for 76$ PnL*
10:14AM – SPY Jun 29 $436 Puts from 0.7 to 0.6 for -157$ PnL*
10:15AM – SPY Jun 29 $436 Puts from 0.55 to 0.5 for -112$ PnL*
10:23AM – NVDA Jun 30 $425 Calls from 0.72 to 0.85 for 166$ PnL*
10:41AM – META Jun 30 $290 Calls from 0.72 to 0.65 for -115$ PnL*

11:00am – 2:00pm: scalped SPY Calls for +70% and QQQ Puts for +60% gains. Took some bigger losses on DLTR but managed my risk based on daily PnL, so I assumed the risk.

12:02PM – META Jun 30 $290 Calls from 0.6 to 0.55 for -106$ PnL*
12:13PM – QQQ Jun 29 $364 Puts from 0.78 to 0.9 for 141$ PnL*

2:00pm – 4:00pm: scalped some SPY Calls and Puts for some extra cash flow.

2:17PM – SPY Jun 29 $437 Calls from 0.43 to 0.6 for 364$ PnL*
3:22PM – SPY Jun 29 $438 Puts from 0.6 to 0.45 for -276$ PnL*
3:36PM – SPY Jun 29 $438 Puts from 0.5 to 0.75 for 476$ PnL*

 

End of Day PnL = +3,382$ gains

 

End of Day emotions:  Today was nice first 30min session with AMD, QQQ and IWM trades giving nice cash flow to start the day. Overall, had some nice cash flow, but took too many trades, so need to work on it. I’m very happy with my risk management, trading plan, focus and resilience. Need to keep my focus and repeat the process over and over again!
