9:30am-10:00am: Started the day buying MSFT Calls and locked +40% gains. I bought again MSFT Calls on pullback and locked +175% gains on chatroom,

9:30AM – MSFT Jul 07 $340 Calls from 1.1 to 1.55 for 395$ PnL*
9:35AM – MSFT Jul 07 $340 Calls from 0.76 to 2.1 for 1727$ PnL*
9:43AM – GOOGL Jul 07 $120 Calls from 0.5 to 0.52 for 16$ PnL*
9:43AM – AMZN Jul 07 $129 Calls from 0.6 to 0.55 for -106$ PnL*

 

10:00am-13:00pm: scalped AMD SPY AMZN GOOGL Calls for nice cash flow and done.

10:08AM – AMD Jul 07 $112 Calls from 0.82 to 1.05 for 262$ PnL*
10:11AM – SPY Jul 06 $438 Calls from 0.85 to 1 for 166$ PnL*
10:39AM – SPY Jul 06 $438 Calls from 0.6 to 0.48 for -225$ PnL*
11:13AM – META Jul 07 $285 Puts from 0.4 to 0.6 for 470$ PnL*
11:20AM – SPY Jul 06 $438 Calls from 0.49 to 0.7 for 396$ PnL*
12:00PM – AMZN Jul 07 $129 Calls from 0.55 to 0.7 for 249$ PnL*

 

End of Day PnL = +3,350$ gains

 

End of Day emotions:  Great first 30min session with MSFT Calls paying big time and twice. I got a little bit too soon on AMZN and GOOGL Calls but kept loyal to my trading plan and the rally from lows was a beauty giving great cash flow. I’m very happy with my risk management, trading plan, focus and resilience. Need to keep my focus and repeat the process over and over again!
