|9:30am-10:00am| Started the day fading QQQ but got stopped and flipped into SPY Calls for +45% gains getting our money back and more on trading room

|10:00am- 11:00am| Scalped QQQ Puts for a fade and locked +130% gains. Took some losses IWM Calls as I bought it too soon, but I took the loss and moved on.

|After 11:30pm| Scalped SPY Calls from lows and locked +105% gains on trading room and done!

End of Day resume| Market very tricky first half of the day with mixed signals: Yields higher, but some tech stocks actually higher so it was hard to handle but I ride it well both up, down and back up from morning lows so I’m very happy with my risk management, trading plan, focus and resilience. Need to keep my focus and repeat the process over and over again!
