|9:30am-10:00am| Started the day buying IWM Calls a bit too soon and first trade got stopped but was able to buy the bounce for +60% gains. Also bought SPY bounce at 9:50am for +55% gains on trading room 

|10:00am- 1:00pm| I took some lotto AAPL Calls but no traction so closed for small loss and scalped SPY P444 for +140% gains. Closed a bit too soon as trade kept running for more than +300% on trading room 

End of Day resume| The morning IWM trade required some patience but I sticked to my plan and that gave me a nice cash flow. Also playing SPY Calls before 10am and Puts after 10am was a beauty so I’m very happy with my risk management, trading plan, focus and resilience. Need to keep my focus and repeat the process over and over again!

10:07AM – SPY Aug 24 $444 Puts 0.8+ from 0.89 to 2.1 for 1318$ PnL*
