08:40 am: “Futures red to start the day giving a nice follow through to our yesterday short during lunch. Tomorrow we have CPI numbers that can trigger the next move, so manage risk wisely.

08:41 am: “Morning focus on META gapping up to see if it fades to fill the morning gap or not. SPY IWM QQQ on watch to see if bounces for a red to green OR goes into yesterday lows. 

Morning trades: I started the day shorting GOOGL for some cash flow and TSLA longs for an oversold bounce where I made +100% gains and done. At 10am, I scalped the IWM bounce up for 50% gains, but from 10:30 to 11:30am, I got chopped and lost some. After 11:30am I faded TLT and META for nice cash flow and done.

Loss review:  I cut my losses fast, but from 10:30am to 11:30 took too many trades while the market was slow and choppy but overall TSLA IWM TLT gave the cash flow for the day, so I’m happy.
