9:30am-10:00am: Started the day buying TSLA Calls twice for nice on chatroom,

9:30AM – TSLA Jun 30 $265 Calls from 1.1 to 1.35 for 215$ PnL*
9:41AM – TSLA Jun 30 $265 Calls from 1 to 1.3 for 288$ PnL*
9:54AM – AMD Jun 30 $114 Puts from 0.9 to 1.2 for 317$ PnL*

 

10:00am-11:30am: got stopped on first AMD short and took the 50% loss. After that got back into AMD PUTs and locked +150% gains, plus SPY PUT scalp gave +60% gains and done.

10:09AM – QQQ Jun 30 $369 Puts from 0.95 to 0.9 for -69$ PnL*
10:34AM – SPY Jun 30 $443 Puts from 0.85 to 1.3 for 526$ PnL*
10:27AM – AMD Jun 30 $114 Puts from 0.7 to 0.35 for -507$ PnL*
10:56AM – AMD Jun 30 $114 Puts from 0.25 to 0.64 for 1512$ PnL*
11:20AM – SPY Jun 30 $443 Puts from 0.82 to 1.3 for 562$ PnL*

 

End of Day PnL = +2,844$ gains

 

End of Day emotions:  Today was tricky with markets gapping up big, so was hard to buy the open but also not easy to fade it, so I didnt hold the bags for too long and my goal was to slowly building up some cash flow for the day. I took a big hit with first AMD short where took 50% loss, but was able to get all my money back and way more with 2nd scalp for +150% gains.  Overall, I’m very happy with my risk management, trading plan, focus and resilience. Need to keep my focus and repeat the process over and over again!
