9:30am-10:00am: Started the day buying SPY Calls for a gap filling and locked +55% gains. Also faded AMD with Put for +45% gains on chatroom,

9:30AM – SPY Jul 05 $442 Calls from 0.9 to 1.4 for 537$ PnL*
9:48AM – AMD Jul 07 $115 Puts from 0.8 to 1.15 for 440$ PnL*

 

10:00am-11:30am: got a little bit chopped on slow action but locked some nice cash flow on TSLA and QQQ Put scalps.

10:10AM – AMD Jul 07 $115 Puts from 0.92 to 1 for 75$ PnL*
10:12AM – SPY Jul 05 $443 Puts from 0.65 to 0.55 for -168$ PnL*
10:16AM – SPY Jul 05 $443 Puts from 0.5 to 0.52 for 16$ PnL*
10:22AM – SPY Jul 05 $443 Puts from 0.48 to 0.52 for 59$ PnL*
10:36AM – TSLA Jul 07 $270 Puts from 1.2 to 1.4 for 151$ PnL*
10:42AM – SPY Jul 05 $444 Puts from 0.85 to 1 for 166$ PnL*
11:08AM – SPY Jul 05 $444 Calls from 0.52 to 0.55 for 35$ PnL*
11:11AM – SPY Jul 05 $444 Calls from 0.5 to 0.5 for -24$ PnL*

End of Day PnL = +1,831$ gains

 

End of Day emotions:  Great first 30min session for nice gains but after that got slow and choppy so it was harder, but overal I’m very happy with my risk management, trading plan, focus and resilience. Need to keep my focus and repeat the process over and over again!
